Two examples are Baldwin Dairy and Emerald Dairy in Wisconsin, U.S.A. Each dairy manages over 1,100 milking cows. The manure at each facility is processed through a methane digester that we helped build. Our expertise goes beyond the U.S. and includes countries like Russia and most currently Kenya where we are setting up a self-sustaining food program for an HIV-Aids orphans' school. We work to facilitate global sustainable growth through design, development and deployment of technologies that nurture the environment.

AAI works with private and public sectors, from individuals and corporations to government agencies, to get projects off the drawing board and to the point of commercial viability. We organize programs where trainees from various countries are sent to the U.S to obtain first-hand knowledge of modern, rapidly- changing U.S agriculture and food processing.
